Step No. 1
When you have constantly looked for 20 minutes into your computer screen, turn your head and try to look at any object placed at least 20 feet away.. A tired eye requires a change in focal length.. So this one is a must do step!!Step No. 2
Try and blink your eyes for 20 times in succession, to moisten them..Step No. 3
To ensure the circulation of blood in the entire body, you should walk 20 paces after every 20 minutes of sitting in one posture..Eyes are mirrors of your soul, so do take care of them because they're priceless ..
